A Slim Peace

This award winning documentary is a fresh look at the Middle East and will play particularly well with female audiences. It follows 8 women (4 Israeli, 4 Palestinian) who decide to join a Weight Watchers-like program to lose weight. While their personal goals are specifically apolitical, inevitably given the obvious issues in the region, politics do end up entering the program with emotional and both humorous and surprising consequences.
