In this intense, shocking, taut psychological thriller, Luciana, an illegal immigrant living in New York City, finds herself incredibly cash strapped. Out of desperation, she accepts a mysterious offer from a fellow undocumented immigrant; what she is called on to do brings her into contact with the depth of human depravity. This is the rare genre thriller which is helmed by a female director, who also happens to be the screenwriter and the star. Ana Asensio is indeed a talent to be watched. Produced by Larry Fessenden.
